CONSISTENT SUPPORT
We know that there is a lot of cynicism out there about online programmes. But this is not a classic ‘give us your money and then we forget you’ course! Just because this programme is ‘self-led’ – don’t think for a minute that you’re on your own. Team Actually is always on hand to help when you need us. We have set up the programme so that we can keep an eye on your progress and step in to provide encouragement, support and the occasional ‘nudge’ where necessary. Trust us, we’re with you every step of the way. We want you to succeed – because fulfilling our purpose is dependent on your success.
HIGH QUALITY TRAINING
Specially recorded modules of training covering the core building blocks. Each module is divided into discrete chunks of content to avoid overwhelm, aid concentration and improve accessibility. As well as a printable workbook, every module comes with journalling prompts, reflective questions, and assignments – everything you need to absorb and apply the learning to your business.
WEEKLY LIVE Q&A
Weekly live Q&A with our Founder – Sara Price. Draw on Sara’s 30 years of experience in communications, marketing, PR and entrepreneurship to get your questions answered as you work through the programme.
PRIVATE ONLINE FORUM
A private online forum for those undertaking Actually training – a place where you can share your assignments for feedback and get support from Team Actually and from other members of the community.
MONTHLY CLINICS
If you’re struggling with an assignment and want more in-depth support than can realistically be covered in the weekly Q&A, why not come to the monthly clinic where Team Actually will help you to work through your challenges and get that assignment DONE!
MONTHLY COACHING
In our experience, working through your building blocks is going to bring some ‘stuff’ up for you. You’ll have realisations about where your mindset or beliefs may be holding you back from the success you deserve. That’s where the monthly coaching session comes in. Join Team Actually for laser coaching to shift your mindset and free yourself from those blocks.
BUDDY CIRCLE
We want you to complete the programme, apply the learning and succeed! One of the keys to that is accountability which is why we will set you up with a ‘Buddy Circle’ – a self-led group to encourage and support you as you work your way through Foundations. Prepare to meet your new business besties.
SIX MONTHS ACCESS
Once you sign up to Foundations, you have six months access to all of the training and all of the live support mentioned here. We think that’s ample time to get this work done but we also recognise that life happens. So if you need to extend, we allow you to do so for another six months for 50% of the cost of the original programme.

If you’re looking for an even greater level of personal support throughout Foundations, then we invite you to consider the VIP programme.
Within the VIP programme you’ll have a 121 coaching call with Team Actually at the beginning and end of the programme.
Participants in the VIP programme are split into circles of 5.
Instead of the standard ‘Buddy Circle’ – which is self-led – your circle will meet fortinightly and be led and facilitated by a member of Team Actually.
In addition, at the end of the programme, you will be invited to take part in a one-day VIP Mastermind session to work through the biggest challenge you face in your business or marketing. This Mastermind will be led and facilitated by our Founder, Sara Price.

My name is Sara Price. I am a rebellious optimist! I refuse to believe that change is impossible and so I help purpose-led entrepreneurs to enhance their businesses and make their difference – so that together we can change the world!
I have been an entrepreneur for over a decade and I’ve spent more than 25 years in communications, campaigning and PR – helping some of the biggest brands in the world from Kellogg’s to Avon. I’ve advised charities and campaigning groups as diverse as SheDecides and UNICEF. Once upon a time my team and I also raised $1 million for a start-up space mission in just 25 days with a budget of $0!
Here’s what I know for sure: there’s no mystery to building a successful business. And there’s no magic wand that will solve your marketing problems. You need solid foundations and a grasp of the basics plus a lot of hard work.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I know if Actually® Foundations is right for me?
We believe that this foundational programme is perfect for those looking to start their purpose-led business or coaching practice AND for people who may be a few years into their business journey but are finding things hard going!
It is really important to us that the people taking part in our programmes get maximum value from them. So it is as important to us as it is to you that this is the right programme for you. To that end, we have put together this questionnaire to help you to determine if this is the right programme for you. Just click the link, answer the questions and see what we recommend.
When does Foundations 2024 begin?
Access to Actually Foundations will be available from 5 February 2024. After that, the programme will be ‘open access’ meaning people can join at any time.
How long do I have access to the programme?
Once you join, we provide you with access to the programme – all of the training and all of the live support – for 6 months which should be ample time to get everything done. We understand that life happens – and if you need to, you may extend access for a further six months at 50% of the original cost of the programme.
How long will it take to complete Foundations?
As the Foundations programme is self-led, this is entirely up to you. If your business is your sole focus and you can set aside a few hours to work on this each week, we estimate that you can complete the programme in 6-8 weeks. If your business is a side-hustle or you are juggling business with family and other commitments, then it may take longer.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. We recognise that it isn’t always possible for people to pay the full amount up-front – and an instalment plan is available.
When are the live Q&A / clinic and coaching sessions?

Will the Q&A sessions be recorded?
Yes. We encourage you to attend live so that you can interact with the trainer, get to know other participants and ask any questions you may have about the content – but each Q&A is recorded and you will have access to them via our learning platform. We are also building a searchable Q&A database so you can check and see if your question has already been answered.
What if I can't make the Q&A sessions? Will there be other ways to get my questions answered?
Of course! We want to make sure you get everything you need from this programme. You will have access to the Actually Training Facebook Group where you can ask questions and you can ask questions during the monthly clinic. We are also building a searchable Q&A library for you.
Where will I find the worksheets etc?
Once you have paid for your place on the programme, you will receive an email including details of our fabulous new learning platform where you will find everything you need to get started with Foundations.
I can't seem to access the worksheets that go with the Foundations programme.
Access to the learning platform is granted once your payment has been received. You will receive a welcome email with all of the necessary information. WHAT IF MY FOUNDATIONS ARE FINE?
What if you've done all the work on your foundational building blocks and your marketing still isn't working?
OK. First, don't panic. Second, ask yourself this: when it comes to marketing your business are your playing to your strengths? Or are you trying to squeeze your super star-shaped self into the square hole of a marketing strategy not designed for you? Are you doing what some online marketing guru - who has never met you - told you was THE thing to promote your business?
