FOUNDATIONS WEEKLY
THE foundationsWEEKLY SERIES
One email a week. One prompt, one reflection or one honest audit of your business. Designed to help you review, strengthen and build on the foundations that everything else depends on.
Just £52 +VAT for a YEAR of reflection, review and renewal.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
You have a business. You have clients. And somewhere along the way, you got so busy delivering the work that you stopped thinking about the foundations holding it all up.
You know the 12 Ps matter – Passion, Purpose, Principles, People, Products, Pricing, Positioning, Preparation, Priorities, Pathway, Planning and Practicalities – but some of them were done once, a long time ago, and quietly put away.
You want a year of honest, guided reflection on the business you have actually built. Not a course. Not a programme that teaches you things you already know. Something harder and more valuable than that: a regular prompt to look clearly at where you are, notice what has shifted and make the adjustments that will keep your foundations strong as your business grows.
And you want all of that for about the price of a coffee a week.
Foundations Weekly is a year-long email series. Every Sunday for 52 weeks, I’ll land in your inbox with one thing: a prompt, a reflection or a practical task built around one of the 12 Ps.
Some weeks it’s a journalling question worth sitting with. Some weeks it’s a specific audit – your website, your offer suite, your cashflow. Some weeks it’s a visualisation or an AI prompt designed to help you see your business from the outside.
All of it is built around one idea: that the foundations of a great business are not something you put in place once and leave. They are a living system that needs attention, review and occasional rebuilding as you grow.
That’s what this series helps you do.
Welcome to Foundations Weekly.
When you build your business on solid Foundations, everything becomes easier: your marketing, your delivery, your growth and your impact.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
Over 52 weeks, Foundations Weekly takes you through all 12 building blocks – four emails per P – in the order they appear in our flagship training programme – Actually Foundations:
Passion – reconnecting with what drives you and noticing where it might be working against you
Purpose – your vision and mission, and whether your purpose is visible AND resonating with the people you want to reach
Principles – the rules that govern every decision you make, and whether they are holding under pressure
People – an honest review of your ideal client work, and a prompt to deepen it
Products – what you love to deliver, what your clients actually need, and whether your offer suite tells a coherent story
Pricing – your money story, your numbers, and a list of red flags worth being honest about
Positioning – everything is positioning. Your tagline, your story and whether you are genuinely differentiated
Preparation – knowing yourself, knowing your market and asking the questions you might be avoiding
Priorities – moving from busy to focused, and building a life-first priority list that you actually protect and can deliver
Pathway – your strategic approach, whether it still fits, and the gap between strategy and action
Planning – turning strategy into specific action, and building the weekly habit that makes it all real
Practicalities – the unsexy building block that keeps everything running: finances, legal, tech and systems
And throughout: AI prompts wherever they genuinely help. Practical suggestions for using Claude or ChatGPT as a thinking partner alongside your reflection. Never the main event – always optional. Always grounded.
Imagine having Team Actually in your inbox helping you to do the essential work of reviewing your Foundations – ensuring your business is always in good shape for delivery and growth.
THE ACTUALLY® DIFFERENCE
This is not a course. It’s a commitment to looking honestly at your business.
It isn’t a system. It isn’t a set of templates to fill in or a framework to follow mechanically. It isn’t a list of things you should already be doing that makes you feel guilty for not doing them.
What it is: a year of guided, structured reflection on the business you have built – designed to help you see it clearly, understand what needs attention and make the changes that will carry you forward.
The 12 Ps are the same building blocks at the heart of the Actually Foundations programme. But this series is not about learning them for the first time. It is about revisiting them with the perspective that only comes from experience – from having built something, tested it against reality and discovered what holds and what doesn’t.
My approach is Life first. Wellbeing always. Which means this series is built around honest reflection, not hustle. The pace is sustainable. The tasks are manageable. And the goal is not just a stronger business – it’s a business you understand more deeply and trust more fully.

WHO IS foundations WEEKLY FOR?
Foundations Weekly is for business owners who are already in business – and who know that the work of getting your foundations right is never really finished.
It works particularly well if you have already been through Actually Foundations and want to revisit the 12 Ps with fresh eyes and the benefit of experience. It also works well if you have been in business for a while and want a structured, guided year of reflection on the building blocks of your business.
It is also a genuine option if you are curious about Foundations but not yet ready to commit to the full programme – this series will give you a real sense of the 12 Ps, what they cover and what working on them actually feels like.
It is not designed for people who are very new to business and still trying to work out the basics from scratch. If that is where you are, the Actually Foundations programme is the right place to start.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Foundations Weekly Right for me?
Do I need to have done the Actually Foundations training programme?
However, please note that if you are brand new to business and still working out the very basics from scratch, our flagship training programme Actually Foundations is likely the better starting point.
How long will it take to complete the weekly task?
It varies – that’s by design. Some tasks take ten minutes. Some are reflective and take as long as you give them. Some involve a practical audit that might spread across an hour or two during the week. What they all have in common is that they are manageable within a normal working week.
Is there a payment plan?
We have made Foundations Weekly as accessible as possible – at only £52 +VAT for the full year. We do not currently offer a payment plan.
Is it possible to pause the series if I am unwell or go on holiday?
There is no way to do this automatically, but we may be able to help by pausing the series manually if you let us know when and how long for. No promises but to discuss this, please email talk@actually.world
Can I cancel series once started?
Foundations Weekly is a year-long series and we have kept the price as accessible as possible as a result. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once the series has begun. If you have any concerns before purchasing, please get in touch at talk@actually.world.
What if I change my email address or don't receive the emails?
If you change your email address please contact the office. If you experience any difficulty receiving the emails, please check your spam folders – and if you locate the emails there, please ensure that you whitelist our email address and move the email to your inbox. If you are still unable to find the emails, please contact the office.

one email. one task. every sunday.
Fifty-two weeks. Fifty-two invitations to look honestly at your business.
The businesses that last are not always the ones with the most brilliant strategy or the most sophisticated marketing. They are the ones where the owner keeps tending to the foundations – noticing what has shifted, adjusting what needs to change, and building on what is genuinely strong.
This is how we do that.
