The downloadable workbook includes journalling prompts, reflective questions, and assignments – everything you need to absorb and apply the learning to your business.
LIVE SUPPORT
The programme may be self-directed but you are not alone. You have access to a monthly live Q&A AND WhatsApp support from Actually Founder, Sara Price (that’s me!). Draw on my 30 years of experience in communications, marketing, PR and entrepreneurship to get your questions answered as you work through the programme.
LIFETIME ACCESS
Once you sign up to Foundations, you have access to all of the training, the live Q&A support and any updates I put in place for life (or as long as Actually exists!). I recommend that you review your Foundations each year so that you are always up to date and building on the most solid base!

How do I know if Actually® Foundations is right for me?
We believe that this foundational programme is perfect for those looking to start their purpose-led business or coaching practice AND for people who may be a few years into their business journey but are finding things hard going!
It is really important to us that the people taking part in our programmes get maximum value from them. So it is as important to us as it is to you that this is the right programme for you. To that end, we have put together this questionnaire to help you to determine if this is the right programme for you. Just click the link, answer the questions and see what we recommend.
How do I access Foundations?
Email us via the links on this page or direct to talk@actually.world and we will send you an invoice. As soon as that is paid, we will give you access to the programme.
How long do I have access to the programme?
Once you join, you will have access to all of the training videos / workbooks for life (or as long as Actually exists!). You also have access to our monthly live Q&A and Foundations WhatsApp group for life.
How long will it take to complete Foundations?
As the Foundations programme is self-led, this is entirely up to you. If your business is your sole focus and you can set aside a few hours to work on this each week, we estimate that you can complete the programme in 6-8 weeks. If your business is a side-hustle or you are juggling business with family and other commitments, then it may take longer.
Is there a payment plan available?
We understand that money is tight and that you’re investing in your future – possibly before you have income to offset the costs. However, because the programme is instant access, it is difficult to phase payments for it. If the £495+VAT is a real challenge for you right now, please mention this in your email to talk@actually.world and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.
When are the live Q&A sessions?
The live Q&A sessions are on the second Monday of each month at 12.30pm and will take place in Zoom. You’ll be given a link when you join the programme. For more information, please email talk@actually.world
Will the Q&A sessions be recorded?
We want to encourage you to attend the monthly sessions in person so that you can interact with the trainer, get to know other participants and ask any questions you may have about the content. We also offer support via the Foundations WhatsApp group so we do not currently plan to record the Q&A sessions.
What if I can't make the Q&A sessions? Will there be other ways to get my questions answered?
Yes. You will be added to the Foundations WhatsApp group and can message us via the group at any time. If your question is logistical – we will answer as soon as possible. Otherwise, Sara will be doing a ‘WhatsApp Wednesday’ session where she will review all messages and answer them.
Where will I find the worksheets etc?
Once you have paid for your place on the programme, you will receive an email including details of how to access the videos and worksheets for Foundations – all of which are available in a Google drive.
